What it is
Rosa damascena flower water is the water phase obtained when the flowers of the Damask rose are steam-distilled, carrying small amounts of the flower's water-soluble aromatic compounds. In cosmetics it is used as a skin-conditioning aqueous ingredient that can replace part of the water phase and contributes a soft rose scent.
