Trisiloxane

Trisiloxane is a very light silicone fluid that gives sunscreens a fast, smooth, dry spread.

What it is

A small, low-viscosity silicone, trisiloxane spreads quickly and evaporates or sinks in to leave a light, dry, non-greasy finish. It improves how easily a product applies and helps disperse pigments and filters evenly.
